The beautiful Ceramic Body Stain Manganese Aluminum Pink HC17091 of carefully formulated and tested ceramic stains that can be used to colour glazes, undeglazes, slips and clay bodies, etc.

The desire firing temperature is up to 1280℃ in oxidation atmosphere; the colour will be changed under reduction firing. 

Application Guidelines

Body Staining:

• Dosage: 1-4% in white clay (ball-mill to ≤5μm)

• Recommended substrates: Kaolin, ball clay (low-Fe content)

Special Effects:

• Mix with cobalt blue for lavender shades

• Reduction-oxidation dual firing for gradients

Usage Precautions

• Not for reduction firing (Mn³⁺→Mn²⁺ causes blackening)
• Avoid high-lime glazes (CaO＞15%)
• Pre-bisque to 800°C to prevent color migration
• Pre-bleach required for high-Fe (>0.5%) bodies
